This Berberlin M'rirt Rug is available to order in custom made sizes. It is a velvety, cream wool rug with a design of graphic black lines that on closer inspection are made up of black and white stripes. The rug is finished with tightly woven ends and traditionally no tassels unless there is a single tassel in the corners.

Using only the highest quality local sheep’s wool our Beni M’rirt are our finest rugs yet. The Beni M’rirt are double knotted, featuring a high pile with an incredibly soft and velvety finish.
The designs often present geometric patterns and organic shapes, sometimes consisting of high and low sections and therefore making them our most modern choice.
The thick pile and slight shine of the soft wool, creates a luscious feeling underfoot and brings a touch of luxury to any room.

The rugs are measured without fringes. Fringes are approximately 7 to 10 cm long.
Conditions:
- For our Custom Made rugs, full payment is required in advance before production begins.
- Custom Made orders are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- The rugs are all handmade and although they will try their best, it is impossible to create an exact 1:1 reproduction of the sample rug. For example the final design and exact arrangement of lines can differ in the final product.
- Likewise with the colours. Any colours are hand-dyed and there can therefore be subtle variations in the final shade.
- The final size of the rug will be approximately the size given in the description, plus or minus 10-20cm.
- Production takes 12 weeks (delivery time not included). Please note that this timeframe may be extended during national holiday periods in Morocco, where our rugs are handcrafted.
- Delivery time is not calculated into the production time of 12 weeks.

Please note that all our rugs are one-of-a-kind pieces and rugs purchased online are now also able to be picked up in person from our Showroom.
The line down the centre of the rug that can sometimes be seen in our photos is just from where the rug has been folded and will go away once the rug has been laid flat and given time to settle.
Berberlin rugs are all handmade and can therefore have variations in the patterns and the size can vary slightly from one end to the other. We do our best to photograph the rugs true to their form but if you have any queries please get in touch with us and we will be happy to answer any questions about our rugs.
All our Rugs have been washed, brushed and vacuumed.
Our wool is locally sourced and untreated, making our rugs a wonderfully sustainable choice.
