We're delighted to introduce this bold vintage Boucherouite rug. Featuring a design of diamonds and lines in different colours, including pink, orange, blue, kiwi and charcoal, this unique rug will make a wonderful addition to any interior.

Made of recycled wool, fabric and cotton remnants, this unique and richly coloured Boucherouite Runner rug, typically known as a "Rag Rug", was designed and handmade by Amazigh weavers in the Atlas Mountains. The Boucherouite rug has a beautifully thick and heavy shag pile giving it its popular 60's bohemian aesthetic.

Each Berberlin rug has been sustainably made with raw materials to create durability to be used for many years, using the same traditional techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation throughout antiquity.

Type:  Vintage Boucherouite Runner Rug

Origin:  Morocco + Atlas Mountains

Material: Recycled cloth, cotton

Made/Realised:  By hand

Size: The rugs are measured without fringes.

Each of the fringes are around 7 to 10 cm long.

Notices: Every Berberlin piece is unique, either carefully selected by us or directly designed by us, and made by our talented women’s initiative.

Please note that all our rugs are one-of-a-kind pieces, and that rugs purchased online are now also able to be picked up from our Berberlin Showroom.

Berberlin rugs are all handmade and can therefore have variations in the patterns and the size can vary slightly from one end to the other. We do our best to photograph the rugs true to their form but if you have any queries please get in touch with us and we will be happy to answer any questions about our rugs.

Our wool is locally sourced and untreated.

The authenticity is certificated.
