This wonderful Boucherouite Runner rug with its kiwi green, sky blue and Safran and shaggy texture made of an array of recycled textiles including wool, will make a wonderful and unique addition to your home. Handmade from cloth remnants, this vintage runner is a truly sustainable and one-of-a-kind rug! 

Designed and handmade by Amazigh weavers in the Atlas Mountains, the Boucherouite rug, typically known as a "Rag Rug", has a beautifully thick and heavy shag pile giving it its popular 60's bohemian aesthetic. 

Each Berber rug has been sustainably made with raw materials to create durability to be used for many years, using the same traditional techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation throughout antiquity.

Each of the fringes are around 7 to 10 cm long.

Please note that this rug has a width of approximately 73cm at one end and 102cm at the other. Our rugs are all handmade and can therefore have variations in the patterns and also that the size can vary slightly from one end to the other (particularly with the vintage runners).
